Since our products are all handmade, slight variations in design, color, or size are part of the charm. However, if your item arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your rattan product arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please send clear photos of the damage along with your order details to tcg-redpocket@outlook.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund if the item cannot be repaired.

Change of Mind Returns:

We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. For non-defective, unused items, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition it was received.

Exemptions:

Custom-Made Items: Customized or personalized rattan products (e.g., custom weaving, specific design requests) are non-returnable unless defective.

Used or Damaged Products: We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Return Process:

Contact our support team at tcg-redpocket@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.

After receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

Unless the item is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.
